JI lattice graph

Theory
Just intonation (JI) lattices usually live in n-dimensional space, where n is the number of primes involved (excluding 2). So an 11-limit scale lives in four-dimensional space (3-5-7-11 space). Often these lattices are shown as projections into two-dimensional space.
The diagram here is not a projection; it is a layout of the ratios as a directed graph, preserving the nodes and edges from the JI lattice, but using graphviz to lay them out so as to make the graph structure easy to read. This loses the exact spatial interpretation of a projection, but sometimes gives a clearer diagram when many primes are involved.
